Michael Leong's "Capture - Our Spot III" Book Available now

Remember all of the great events that happened this summer. Michael Leong was there to capture all of these events and recently published a book of all the events with include the DLX Demo, eS Footwear, Krux Kickflip Challenge, Zero / Mystery Demo, Creation Demo, Matix Lord of the Lines, eS Game of Skate, In the Streets, and the Birdhouse demo. Some of you may already know but for those who do not, Bobby Worrest is now pro for Krooked Skateboards. There are two board graphics for Bobby out now so stop by the shop and pick one up before they are gone. Winners of the eS Game of Skate here in Frederick Maryland

This post is long overdue but I wanted to post it anyways. Congradulations go out to Nick Hertges who won the 2007 eS Game of Skate here in Frederick Maryland on September 1st, 2007. He had the chance to compete against all of the other winners throughout the world.

Benjie Ross took home the prize for winning the High Ollie Contest at the "In The Streets" Festival. He ollied a height of 40 inches even though the pavement was wet from the rain. Thanks go out to everyone who braved the rain and skated hard throughout the day.

On April 29th 2006, the Hill St. Skatepark held "Board for a Cure" Best Trick Contest which was held to help donate money for cancer research. There were many skateboarders there to compete and many more came to show support for the cause. Thanks to all who entered. Everyone was a winner for being there and boarding for the cure.

They arrived a little late do to traffic but were met with cheers as they walked through the door. With 166 people entered, the eS Game os Skate held in Frederick, Maryland became the second largest game of skate ever played to this date. Thanks to everyone there for making this event run smooth from beginning to end.

The east was in the house when the Zoo York Team showed up to the Hill St. Skatepark on October 29th. Donny Barley stole the show with this 360 Frontside grab out of the transition into the bank.
